Advancing Leaders is a College Retention Scholarship program for first and second year students. We aim to increase college retention and graduation rates for students across the country.
What Leaders Fellows Do:
Throughout the semester students will complete ten virtual professional development workshops ranging on topics such as Mental Health, Financial Literacy, Cultural Advocacy, and Career Exploration. Moreover, students are required to complete a Service Project and assist in a crowd funding initiative for other Scholars.

Eligibility:
- Must be a current freshman or sophomore in college. Transfer Students are also eligible.
- Students must be 18-25 years of age.
- Students are eligible to sign up for our scholarship program all year round. However, cohorts will take place during the Fall and Spring semester of the academic year. Please sign up by filling out our Google Form.
