Fiesta of Hope

Friday, June 21 at 11:45 at the Cleveland Renaissance Hotel

Every year at the luncheon we award over 100 scholarships to college-bound Hispanic students. These students are selected through a rigorous application and interview process and are representative of the community that Esperanza serves. In addition to the scholarship, students are required to participate in mentoring and volunteering activities. Additionally, we connect our students to our corporate and community partners in hopes of helping them attain an internship or career opportunity.

Fiesta of Hope makes dreams possible through the generosity of donors. Each scholarship is raised every year and goes directly to the student to help bridge the gap for things like tuition, room and board, transportation, textbooks or parking fees. Scholarship support gives students the tools they need to beat the odds and succeed! To register visit: bit.ly/FiestaofHope2019

Please join us for the 5th Annual Golf Outing. A portion of the proceeds from the Golf Outing will go to support The Abelino “Al” Lopez Jr. Memorial Scholarship Endowment. Over the years The Abelino “Al” Lopez Jr. Memorial Scholarship Endowment has help three outstanding students pursue their educational dreams and graduate from college. To date, the family has raised $62,000 toward the $80,000 Endowment goal. The Endowment will award a two-year $2,500 scholarship to a student who is transitioning from Cuyahoga Community College to a 4-year college to achieve their academic goals. Please consider sponsoring the event to support even more outstanding students in achieving their educational aspirations.
