In 2016, Esperanza launched a College Mentoring program to assist our scholarship recipients and college students in successfully completing college. Today, we continue this program by matching 100+ college students with qualified professionals in the Greater Cleveland area!
We use a user-friendly online program (MentorCliq) to aid in the communications between mentor-mentee, as well as Esperanza staff. With the commitment of 30 minutes a month for 12 months, our goal is that each college student finds the encouragement they need to not just get through college, but thrive and make the world a better place.
We also understand that life can be hectic, so we designed this program to be 100% virtual, however, Esperanza hosts events throughout the year to bring mentor-mentee pairs together.
Okay, we know you are sold, so visit MentorCliq to begin the process.
